Hi, thanks for your comment. Let me try to answer this question. Under EWS the criteria says that the applicant shouldnt own a PUCCA house anywhere in India. Pagdi is considered as partial ownership and the tenant has the right to sell the property however he needs to give a percentage of the sale to landlord. Its a bit grey area but i would suggest to apply because the amount is refundable and only 200+ is a non refundable value so its worth taking the opportunity. Well the way it works is that if you win the lottery or you are eligible for allocation then you will need to pay the full amount before the key/allocation letter is handed over. You may apply for a loan in the mean while. Well, the tag line says select your own home but if the applications are more than number of units then it is nothing but pure lottery. I also have a feeling that this is just to get more applications if you know what i mean because the fee is only 200+ and only post the disclosure of price CIDCO will reveal the price is what my understanding is because by that time most of the political campaigning will get over. I will make videos in future as well about CIDCO and Mahada as its more convenient that travelling different places and shooting videos, there is a strong demand for such videos.
