No. Astronauts are exposed to way more than a pilot or flight attendent. You're still well within the ozone and atmospheres. An astronaut is exposed to a 100 million times worse. If you really did get the same levels you should also be wearing an astronaut suit..

The water is the clean part of the drinks on-board. We would check the water quality of the water we pump into planes every morning before we fill them, and they are drained every night after the last flight. The drinks in the cart however, sit there until they are used and I've found more than a few rat droppings or suspicious stains on the top of those cans. Always use the cup the FAs give you, and wipe off the top with the napkin provided. You've been warned.
