Cig Kofte, Turkey's raw lamb dish on Mutton's epic Istanbul street food tour

There's so much more to Turkish food than kebabs , and Cig kofte, Turkish raw lamb meatballs/tartare are well up there with my favourite raw dishes. yes its a long video , possibly my longest but it's packed full of action and was necessary given my producing of "the daily kebab" series at the same time. Still well worth a watch right to the end.
