I was there 3 weeks ago in June 2024 with my son and a good friend of my that live in Texas, and we had a great time. The place is really nice. No problem with any of the staff ,and the prices of cigars are a lot cheaper compare to California. Anyway Great Review.

We have went there several times and that guy you are talking about is very gruff. I usually buy a box each time we go, but we will not be going back because of him and will pay more (for stock and) to go to our local shops and from CI on Line. Great review!!

@@highc6866 that’s a good question. My initial thought is there will be more. They have the money to fight and off set some of the extreme taxes some states are seeing.

Mostly I’ve been to out of country lounges, but I’m changing that now!

CI lost all my business because of rude staff. But after I found out they were sold to mega conglomerate Scandinavian Tobacco Group I really won’t shop there any longer. All my business goes to local mom & pop shops & American owned shops. Everyone else should do the same. I filed a complaint and all I was told was their American stores have problems and they get a lot of complaints. Corporate didn’t offer a solution. Please, shop mom n pop.

Sorry I missed this message! I was impressed with their selection to be sure, they had some that I was very surprised to see. Lots of the selection was aged as well.

That place is horrible, it’s not a lounge but a night club. The speakers are horrible and the same music plays on a loop. Service is really bad. Employee turnover rate is through the roof
