Instead of cooking in cooker pls use open pan add more water and allow it to boil for atleast 15 mins ..then the raw smell will go away and masala will get into the meat very well ...

Saute chicken in oil as shown in video until it turns it's color to white from pale pink, then follow the ingredients. Try to cook chicken 5 mins full frame and 10 mins low flame. Hope it works.
