In this video I have shown cooking of vegetable fritters and chicken lollipop in our house garden. Vegetable fritters are made based on Gordon Ramsay’s recipe. I have given with Indian twist.
Chicken lollipop is, essentially chicken winglet, wherein the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance.
Chicken lollipop ingredients
Chicken wingletes/legs cut loose from the bone 1.5 kg
Oil to deep fry
For marination:
Ginger/garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 to tablespoons
Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Egg 1
Plain flour 3 to 4 tablespoons.
For masala:
Ginger and garlic chopped 2 tablespoons each
Onion chopped 2 to 3 tablespoons
Red chilli paste
Vinegar tablespoon
Tomato ketch up 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Chilli sauce 2 tablespoons
Water
Cornflour mixed in water. 3 tablespoons
Green onion for garnishind
Oil 2 tablespoons
Salt
