Looks great. I will definitely try this. I like cilantro a lot. I make a great arroz con pollo verde and use 2-3 times more than required in my recipe. Also.... I use the same cilantro mix to make quinoa con pollo verde. I though I would just switch the grains since the cilantro gives it such a great taste and it came out really good. Hubby likes it too and you know how are Peruvians with their rice!!☺😉 so that's a success!!!!

This looks amazing! And you've successfully piqued my interest in the Instant Pot. :) Any and all international dishes you are willing to share would be great! I love being introduced to foods that we wouldn't usually come across or have access to. It's a fun way to open the door with our kids to learn about other cultures. Thanks for the videos!

I made this and it's so yummy! I like that you added the edit about the cooking time. Haha. It took 5 hours in the slow cooker and I would have been so confused if I had thought it would take one hour
