I have been drinking camel milk for over about 2 years now & I LOVE IT!!!. It has help with my diabetes & I have noticed that when we "run out", my children seem to catch some type of cold or virus much quicker. I really wish it wasn't so expensive because I will drink it everyday all day.A good recipe I came up with is:1 avocado8-10oz of camel milk2 packs of stevia.Mix all 3 in a blender.I use it to trick myself into thinking I am having a milkshake...LOL
