Yes, it ended on 31st January 2018 . It's on case to case basis now. Application through professional gateway can still be made. Work experience is very important.

Cpa USA cpa Canada and cpa Australia is different?

ACCA and CIMA , both are internationally recognised professional degrees, so yes it wont be hard for you to find work abroad. Also you can convert your acca to cpa canada due to the mra between cpa canada and acca (it expired this year but cpa canada and acca are in talks to make a new mra). so yes acca and cima both are internationally recognised degrees (they are highly recognised in the UK because they are UK degrees)
