Yeah he's not a top tier QB, but it's still an unexpected change on short notice, which would be challenging for any team to prepare for, especially if you're team isn't very good to begin with, like the Raiders. On the other hand, Deshaun Watson is playing the worst football in his entire career and is going to be benched shortly for holding his team back. The Giants beat them, not much to explain there. Bad teams should get more credit, they still work hard and try to win. There's hardly anything that funny about it, unless you just have a poor sense of humor

I mean its become Clear as day it was Bryce. It makes perfect sense. This Front Office, Coaching Staff and Roster are all completely different. Bryce was chosen by the terrible owner. Not the current HC nor the current GM. And the Owner went and hired a sports firm that have successfully built other franchises. This was a quick decision by the HC to see what the Offense looks like with a vet over Bryce…….. The results were jarring and shows this team isn’t nearly as bad as everyone thought. Statistically and game footage even in Week 1 & 2 show guys getting open, O-Line playing well and even RB finding yards. The scheme was good too. This was basically Canales saying “we need to have a different look at the offense and fast before this spirals out of control”. This team isn’t winning a SB but they can definitely win the division with 8 or 9 wins and be competitive in games. Bryce is a bust. That much is clear.
