I have never been to Cinci, let alone Ohio, but I had a good friend from college from Cinci and he was always very passionate about his city. From what I've heard, it reminds me of where I lived in St. Louis: beautiful, historic city, but which was hit really hard by de-industrialization.

The poverty rate is actually pretty close between races here which means that a lot of the neighborhoods look nicer or receive more funding. Worse in comparison to what? IMO, it appears to be run down streets with little accountability being placed upon the property owners and the City of Cinti to clean the streets (while they're busy in Northside making they're little potemkin look "hipster" friendly) and most of the people you'll find in all neighborhoods doing the same thing just with different surroundings. So no, this isn't one of Cincinnati's "worst" hoods; it's a reflection of how the City has failed these neighborhood and ultimately the people who reside there.

To everyone here speculating, I lived on John street in that warehouse, my car is in this video. I also got mugged and robbed across the street from the liberty Shell... I saw a lot I would hang out on the fire escape watch people sell crack, try to break into the building etc. Sometimes id yell down to someone trying to break into a car, "im a cop!" lol and they would scurry away. I never called the cops for anything because they were always lurking about anyway. I'm from Kentucky lived in cinci a few years. Extremely formative and invaluable experiences, a beautiful city with a rich history that never stops surprising.

It was a shitload of rooms built for bands and artists to rent. I was in a punk band and we rented a room on the first floor, right inside that door just after the place where you turned right. We got a bigger room on the 3rd floor and we turned a wide open area on the 2nd floor into a bit of a skate park. We'd bust out a boom box and a couple cases of Weideman's or some 40's of Crazy Horse and skate all through the night. Fucking awesome memories, bro. Thanks for the video!!!

I live on Vine Street in OTR and walk to and from work every day im Avondale. Cincinnati really isn't that bad. It used to be. I used to think it was. After loving in south LA and Riverside California it feels safe here in Cincinnati. I mean yeah if you compare it to Hyde Park its bad but its all relative.

not probably stolen, it most certainly 100 percent is stolen. Floats are easily worth at least 20k. I know this because I actually work at stables and if they had horses in them those were probably stolen too.

This video has to be over 2 years old, because a lot of these places are fully gentrified or have been torn down. Especially in A-1 off of Reading Rd and downtown. Da Nati has hoods, but not as bad as other major cities. You have to travel outside of Cincy to understand that. I do miss the grittiness of Downtown, though. It will never be the same. #RIPNastiNati
