Hi I have the steel plate, sprayed it flat black, put a template over that and sprayed with alum. over template. Now to wait for that kid of mine to use his new plasma which can do an inch. Gotta wait till the newness wears off so I can play with it. Also mine will have a square on the end for the turett and head square bolts. sam

That looks like a really nice toolmaster, I have the same one but it's a little wore out. I have mine hooked up to a 1phaze-3phaze VFD so my power feed's don't work. I would love to see a video of your mill under power.

Mark I should have a video up soon of it running. are you at all interested in setting up a 3 Phase rotary converter? Then you could run all your power feeds. That is a big reason of why i went with a rotary set up. Sorry for the late delay. work picked up and i didnt get any notifications.

Are you using ER 40 collets? If so, did you have to make a new collet nut or will the stock collet nut work?
