All you have to do is police the sun beds. If the bed isn’t used for more than a hour then take off the towel and put them in a towel bin for them to collect when they get back. Easy

A suggestion re. “Sunbed wars” is what they do at the Costa Canaria(Bull Hotels) Gran Canaria.. When you check in they give you a tag each and you tie them on a sunbed and that’s yours for your stay and have your dates of stay written on. You can move your sunbed around wherever you like. It worked so well as everyone has there own sunbed! Nothing to worry about.👌🏻

The Costa Canaria Hotel & Spa as well as the tags for your sunbeds ,if you stay in one of the bungalows they also come with sunbeds! So you get those and the ones you picked either around the pool areas or gardens. They also have deluxe Bungalows looking over the beach and they have hot tubs. Also If you stay in the hotel part you still get your sunbed tags and also the balconies have seating. There is a roof area Solarium with hot tub and you can also go on any free sunbeds as they don’t have tags on up on roof as it’s quieter. Also they have a nudist area separated with frosted screens also on the roof! (True!) There is even a large indoor pool & spar area with everything in there even a cave with salt water that you can float and chill out in. Saunas, water jets, steam room. Massage area.Salt rooms. Me and the wife agree It’s the best hotel in San Agustin, Gran Canaria 👍🏻 Mainly catered for the German tourists but also many Brits go there too. Note: It’s an Adults only hotel! Love PDC. Stayed in Cinco for 2 weeks in May 2023 & going again in 3 weeks & staying for 3 weeks. It is an ideal location for the Avenida. Love Asian Sunshine restaurant.

Looks a nice place I passed it the other day . I am currently. Staying at the playa club at moment . And I have to get up at 6.30 to get sunbeds as most towels out at that time some people start putting towels out the night before it’s total crazy. What annoys me is people reserving sun beds and disappearing for hours . In playa club some folk are putting beds in their apartments terrace area which management will remove if see it . Apart from the sunbeds madness the playa club is really nice and it’s a great location

When you come out of the hotel we’re the hyper dino supermarket is go down the street next to that and when you come to the next road on your right turn there

Omg the sunbed wars is one of many reasons i hate hotels,so obviously you were invited to see the room etc but you say you look round the hotel before seeing them and you seem to look around on you're own before going to the room so can i ask what the difference is in doing that than going looking around at any hotel if you are on you're own?just wondering dave,lovely people aswell,🙂👍

The hotels are so petty when it comes to videos so I go in early and walk around 1st then head back later to meet the families otherwise anyone that wants to show me their room and around the hotel would have to be up by 7am ha ha I dont film around pools where lots of people and kids either

Why not make a small plate that can be attached by high impact tape / rivets to sunbeds stating that beds may not be reserved and towels will be removed by management. Offenders may be asked to leave the complex. There's a great company called Diversion Lanzarote (LOL) where you could get these made and supply them to the hotels. I know half the people would ignore them but it puts a bit of pressure on them. At least it would draw attention to the hotel policy. My wife used to make me stand in line for the sunbeds so I got the bad name. I hate the issue over the sunbeds.

All these people that say they don’t reserve the beds early 🤣🤣🤣 just head over to Puerto Rico and stop in the Servatur terraza mar and sunsuites , all the balconies are massive and get the sun all day and have sunbeds on

I have stayed here I personally didn't like it. My apartment was not cleaned properly. I personally haven't stayed anywhere in Lanzarote where there is sunbed wars thankfully ❤

Stay there last week, do not stay in apartment 1108, beside the cleaners and maintenance storage, awaken every morning, to trolleys banging and electric plattet truck driving over and back, it was a joke off a place, like living in a industrial estate , never again
