My exclamation point are very shy, hidden between plants almost all the day. Probably i need to add the floating plants and the another kind of rasboras.

“The wet spot “out of Oregon has micro fish. I think they are pretty good

Hi Sharon. Thanks for the comment. I’ve heard mixed reviews about their online orders. Have you ever purchased anything online from them?
@sharonbendtsen29736 жыл бұрын
CincyAquatics no I haven’t yet. I hate paying the shipping also I work mid’s and can’t be home waiting for them. I did get some kubotai from a place in Indiana can’t remember the name. I think Rachel O’Leary probably does a very good job of shipping fish

I added about 20 juveniles to my 580L tank yesterday, and as they got out of the net one of my Black Phantom Tetra hunted one down straight away and was swimming around with it stuck in its mouth... it could not eat the little one, so ended up being spat out dead... since then they're are hiding behind some wood and plants in a darker corner of my tank... Hope they will come out once they grew a bit... Got them for a brilliant deal, so planning to boast their school over the coming months as they're from a local shop and hope to reach a critical mess when they will get confidence as well as through being grown bigger;)) Love these little torpedoes and makes me sad that they have to hide this badly...
@CincyAquatics5 жыл бұрын
Cool thanks for sharing! I wouldn’t house them with black phantoms they are too big and will eat the rasboras.
@V4zz335 жыл бұрын
@@CincyAquatics Thank for your reply! Welll... I thought that the Phantoms are peaceful fish;)) Plus, that they don't have that big of a mouth;))) But yeah, they can't eat them just kill them because they are unable to swallow the rasboras, and this was the only case... that I've seen. Oh yeah, I've seen baby sword tails swimming around, so I thought the rasboras gonna be fine... Btw, the rasboras started to come out, but not in a school but just 2-3 at the time. This can be a thing in my tank, which I connect with the flow rate in there as none of my schooling fish is really schooling up unless I turn the filter off. So I'm trying to find a way to limit the flow. I just got new valve for the FX6 which I hope won't leak when it is not in a full position... well it's new, so it should work;))) And I'm thinking about getting some sponges or anything that will do the job.;))) haha, this ended up being a bit long;))) Have a lovely weekend!

@@V4zz33 any fish is going to eat anything that is small enough. thats not what peacful means. so mother nature taught you a lesson.
@xisotopex5 жыл бұрын
you need to separate those fish because the tetras will continue to prey upon them, and the smaller fish will continue to be stressed. you sound rather sadistic, but maybe thats your thing.
@V4zz335 жыл бұрын
@@xisotopex Separation is not an option just selling them which I'm trying but not much luck. I'll might be able to trade them in for something. I mean the black phantoms. No Idea what did I say that makes me come across as a sadistic person. As I said in my previous comment, I didn't think that they would have a big enough mouth to eat the Rasbora. So my intention was not to buy live food for my black phantoms... About the law of nature, you are right.;))

Hi Matt, I am running the stock spec light. I have the 2nd version of the fluval spec V, which has a more powerful light than the first. Check out this video I did on my Monte Carlo dry start and don't forget to like and subscribe. Thanks for the view! kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZirdaaDra57aNk

I went to buy chili rasboras recently but shipment was marked wrong and I ended up with blue eyed rasboras. So I feel your pain and still need some chili rasboras. My blue spot rasboRas actually are really nice as upper dither type fish and they school wonderfully, my ember tetras like to join their school too.
