Can you make a tutorial on how to animate shatterspin?

Unfortunately I won't be making a tutorial as I'm focusing on making recreations once a week and I can barely keep up with that schedule. So I don't really have any room to make a tutorial. Plus idk how I'd make a tutorial as I just used a bunch of red, translucent red, black, and white pieces. However, feel free to slow down the speed of the video if you want to try and make a similar Shatterspin effect.

I just used cotton balls and ripped some of them apart so it’s not in a ball shape
