I think it's the culture of foreign drama that calls them Cinderella. It has shown up on a lot of titles for translated videos, so to me it seems like that's their general word for "Heroine" or "female protagonist" in a pop culture way.

I think it's because KZbin has restrictions and can't show the exact scene because of copyright laws. Many times they take out the sound or change the sound to be in compliance.

This drama started good, but then went down hill fast and I ended up dropping it. It was just another clown CEO falling for the innocent girl and the jealous evil woman trying to stop them.
