From Cindy's 1994 self-titled album, this song was later recorded by Regina Belle in 1998. Vocalist/Performer Cindy Mizelle is a treat for everybody who enjoys listening to great vocals. She has toured with, recorded with, and has an extensive background in the Music Business.

@@MakoPearl333 I just saw your reply by accident when I was reading the comments while revisiting this video. Don't know why it didn't show up in my notifications. But I just watched the interview in the link you attached. Ironically, I JUST coincidentally heard that interview a few days ago 😳! BUT ☝🏾, the version I heard was edited & started at the point after Mariah had mentioned Cindy. But thanks so much 4 the link 🤗. It was nice 2 hear Mariah give lesser-known artist their props when she could've just taken the credit herself.

1994…..I WAS COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY when I heard this track. Her vocals are hypnotic. She was one of the heavy hitter background vocalists with Luther Vandross, that consisted of Tawatha Agee (Mtume), Lisa Fisher, and Cissy Houston. She is one helluva songwriter and UNDERRATED. She has done background work with Steely Dan, and Sting, just to name a few. This project is AMAZING!!!!

I found her on Instagram after my mind went down one of its many memory lane of break ups and soundtracks that eased the pain. Imagine people being so-called influencer and getting a blue check. Cindy’s words from this song in addition to her vocals are a gift to the galaxies of souls and hearts, yet she doesn’t deserve a blue check, according to Instagram’s vetting criteria.

One of my favorite singers. Could not believe someone posted this. Alot of people do not know of Cindy. She is one of the most in demand session singers along with Sandra St. Victor and Lisa Fisher. Regina Belle, another favorite of mine and a good friend of Cindy, covered this on one of her more recent albums. I think it was on her first album after leaving Sony.

back in the day she was background singer for C & C ,mariah ,luther and a lot of succesful acts ,shes a great singer, Im glad to have that cd but so bad she came out (as a solo artist) at the time when America started to change real singers and artists for booty shaking flavor of the moment celebrities ,at that time R& B and rap was starting to be about sex ,bling bling and money ,the reason why we have so many mediocre artists now

I dig this song, I've seen her many times with Luther Vandross singing backup, he'd introduce all the backup singers, she along with Whitney Houston's mother "Cissy Houston" and Cheryl Lynn would often be singing for him. Luther and some of his backup singers sang backup on this cut.

@MrChicago891 I was programmer in college back when this album was issued. I've Had Enough was the first single and it charted into the mid 40's on the R&B charts (maybe a little higher). The second single was "Because of You". It dented the bottom of the charts and fell off after a few weeks. I can't remember how high the album actually charted, but it was low (maybe a mid 40's debut and descended off the charts). 'charts' refers to Billboard R&B Charts.

Here we are on opposite sides of the room Both of us know this ain't what we want But we gotta do It's seems we drifted apart and it ain't no-use To try to sit down and talk And figure out what's wrong Cause we know the truth Our love it seems won't survive Cause all we ever do is fight Although I heard it, I can't deny It's time to say Good-bye I've had enough, enough of this I think it's time to call it quits I've had enough of all this pain (Enough of all this pain) It's time for us to go our separate ways I've had enough, enough of this I think it's time to call it quits I can't go on living this pain (Live our separate way baby) It's time to go our separate ways I know what you thinking We've been through many times before But when I pack my bags this time walk out the door I won't come back no-more I'll always care about you no-matter what I do Cause the love we shared it was once so strong Somehow we could get along But no-one knows the reason why our personalities collide Which lives me only to decide that's time to say Good-Bye I've had enough, enough of this I think it's time to call it quits I've had enough of all this pain (Enough of all this pain) It's time for us to go our separate ways (I gotta say Bye-Bye Baby) I've had enough, enough of this I think it's time to call it quits I can't go on living this pain (Can't go on living this way) It's time to go our separate ways We've gone to far beyond the pressures of pain I can't go back no-more I can't do this no! no! no! never take no Looking back at all it is And how we shared so many tears I've made up my mind I can't keep living a lie I've had enough, enough of this I think it's time to call it quits I've had enough of all this pain It's time for us to go our separate ways I've had enough, enough of this I think it's time to call it quits I've had enough of all this pain It's time for us to go our separate ways I've had enough, enough of this I think it's time to call it quits I've had enough of all this pain [Thanks to Simphiwe Nocanda for these lyrics] Found a mistake in "I've Had Enough" song lyrics? Beyonce blows. All about money and age. Talent does not factor in whatsoever. Cindy has backed the best of the best and still is a dream. I hear idiots in the US saying that there is a 'New' Latin singer named Shakira, who is going to give beyonce a run for her money. Highly unlikely. Shakira is made. Been listening to her since 1995. 35 and been a superstar since she was 8. beyonce functionally illiterate and has about as much talent as a rock. She would need a 'mulligan.' :0-)
