Brad Pitt was amazing in Snatch. I tried using the closed caption to understand but then turned it off again. Some directors have a gratuitously gimmicky style that doesn't add a thing whatsoever to a movie but Guy Ritchie's direction was original and tight and every scene kept you riveted, plus all the unforgettable characters.
