moparman7400 I'm not sure if that was sarcastic or not XD Think of it like this, if it's a hot day out and you get in a pool, then come back out you feel a bit cold despite it being hot out. You have to wait a few minutes before the water evaporates and you are dry and then you feel normal.If it's freezing cold water and you are wet, then get out into freezing cold air, you'll feel extra cold, and the water will just freeze on you like ice, making you even colder. that's what I make of it at least. :)
