The loop period works in second, not in Frames. So I think it's 3 in your example and 90.

Why not use the Push Apart effector instead of dynamics? Thanks for your work :)

Its possible, but I have gotten some weird issues when I try and combine the push apart effector with animation.

Its a little bit of SSS with some Fresnel.
