3:37 if I’m not mistaken, I think this is the beta pistol sound. You can hear this same noise on The Underbelly of Paradise (Steve Haines’ ingame show) which most of the footage takes place either in beta, or shortly before release. In the episode there is a scene where a gang member executes another, and you hear the same two bullet sounds.

Stretch at this point wasn't planning to kill lamar and Franklin. He got hostile with them and began targeting them because they caused problems in the peace between the ballas and the families by kidnapping D and then killing him. This sentence would work in hood safari because he was planning to at least rip them off with drywall cocaine

He wanted him dead, yeah, but attempted murder is when it's an actual attempt directly caused by the person. If for example, Stretch showed up in Lamar Down and tried to kill Lamar, missed him/shot him in the arm, and then managed to escape, that would be attempted murder. But having a plan and intention doesn't count as an attempted murder

That's definitely not self defense, he was not in any danger until the rest of the Ballas arrived (who did carry firearms with the intention of killing them, thus making THAT self defense)

The thing to remember about Wei Cheng is that if you commit a felony and somebody dies during that felony you can be charged for murder. So when he sends his men to kidnap Michael in North Yankton (Felony Kidnapping Charge) everybody Michael kills would count as a murder charge for Wei Cheng.
