I agree with the first one at least because of the time period. The second one is a little iffy, to be honest. It's quite a stretch, but the Sheriff, and his deputies, didn't give them a chance to surrender and instead immediately killed one of them. A very good lawyer might be able to claim self-defense, but the three of them were openly armed and had proven to be extremely dangerous.

On Hosea's one, the charge for stealing the bonds is invalid. In those days, when they were used, whoever held the bonds owned them. Stolen or not. If someone took them and is holding them- its theirs to keep unless of course, the original owner decides to compete in a duel since they just got robbed. And on Micah 28 Felonies of Murder- Didn't you just count all of Arthur's shots???? And also for the 27 kills on the train heist, Micah only killed 4 or 5, while Arthur killed the rest. Once again, On the Strawberry breakout, you showed he only shot 11 people and Arthur the rest, why is Micah being charged? And AGAIN on the bank heist, you counted Arthur's kills. Good god will this still go on??? 48 Counts of murder, ON ARTHURS HALF. Almost all of Micah's Murder charges are Accompanied, He barely did any of it- Arthur should be charged for it. For Milton- Literally nothing. He's a Federal Agent who takes orders from his Commanders who then work for the US Government who then work for the President. All of his charges would be pardoned and accounted under Federal Business and Lawful reasoning. And for Hosea's Death, Milton gave like a dozen warnings to Dutch and the gang so its pretty reasonable. For example, Milton is the Sniper and Hosea is the Robber ( because he is ) The Robber has broken countless deals and he has a chance to kill him and end his torture against humans. So he takes it. The laws in 1899 were very different and this would've been accepted and not frowned upon. Reckless Endangerment? Certainly not, Once again under Government orders + You hear Charles or one of the gang members say that they cleared the place off of any civilians. The Gang entirely are at count of hundreds, if not thousands of murders, Capital Murders e.g. Government Employee's and Grand Theft e.g. The Blackwater Ferry or the Bank Heist in Saint Denis.
