He didn’t say it but I think that’s a big reason he quit because it bothered him to work with people younger than his son. Thus said, age is just a number. It does kinda get to me when I see youngsters act like they’re old but only because I don’t consider myself to be old. I’m Gen X. We had no future so we can’t get any older.

Old School definitely didn't age as well as we'd like, and doesn't quite have the impact it initially had during the 1999-2004 wave of "middle-aged men are unhappy and seek something deeper" films jump-started by Fight Club. But to me it still has a lot of hilarious scenes and they utilized Will Ferrell and Vince Vaughn very well here. In the plethora of the Frat Pack films of the 2000s, I think its one of the better ones.
