Two things you should look into are, Lidar scanning the location on souts to have a 3D Model for prelighting and second The Sidus Link iPad App, it has an amazing lightingplanner in it that does a lot of things better than shot designer for example.

What tools are you using for lidar scanning the rooms? I actually just did my first job with Lidar scanning for VR, and it was pretty cool but also pretty labor intensive. I have siduslink for my aputure lights, I didn't even know there was a lighting planner in there hah. Maybe it's because I only have it on my phone.

@@ebourcier at the moment I experiment with Polycam for Scanning and Blender vor Prelight. Yeah I was surprised as well, until i noticed that the planner is only available in the iPad Version and with the Pro license.
