I made it! The cake itself was not sweet, but buttery. The sweetness really came from the glaze and the brown sugar mixture. It was the perfect amount of sweetness! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Try using 1/2c soften cream cheese and 1/2c powdered sugar instead of a whole cup of powdered sugar. That should balance the sweetness problem.

OK. I said earlier that I was going to make this and I did. I'm here to tell you that this is flat out delicious bordering on decadent. Definite do over. The only difference between this recipe and what i did was I used 2 cups sugar for a thicker drizzle. Ten thumbs up!!
