I burn ground cinnamon daily on charcoal discs and I have learned that cinnamon sticks can be burned as they are. I use it for protection, prosperity, and it also gives me a sense of being grounded. Since watching this I will add some to my lemon ginger tea I'm about to have🤤. I've been searching for an online botanica where I can find tools and herbs because I don't have a local one. I drink it every morning... my tea... ginger, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne,cinnamon, local raw honey,apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I do a shot of olive oil/ avocado oil with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Then wash it down with my tea!! I used this brew for health now I will also use it for wealth!!
