these are notes on the pattern to follow along with. This is not the pattern. and will not make sense unless you follow along with the tutorial. It helps me keep track of the pattern and where i left off. Have a pen and paper ready so you can keep track of your rows. Especially if you are new to the pineapple stitch.

FINALLY! Someone gave a clear way to describe the pineapple stitch! I've been so freaking intimidated by this that I've never tried it. And I've been crocheting for almost 50 years. Thx, Jen! Rockstar🤘

I love it! Your tutorials are easier to follow than any other podcaster. I usually like to watch it first to get the gist of it then crochet watching it again.

They are both really pretty!!! I was honestly crocheting the border of my car blanket while watching and listening to the tutorial. I will eventually do the poncho because I would like to have something snuggly to wear that isn't a jacket for spring/summer

Wow Just Wow! You’re creative & able to teach so clearly! I have this on my list for March so I can wear it with tank tops when it gets warm on TX by April. Now I need to shop my stash since it’s mostly variegated to find a solid or an ombré that is worthy of your pattern! Thank you 💛🧶

I have found that when doing the foundation chain , pinching the chain one helps me to see where to put the single chain. Doing that really helps when learning how to do it.😊

I use a highlighter tape that I use to keep track of my rows when I use a written pattern on paper, books, or magazines. I put the tape over the row I am working on then move it down as I work.

What about a speckled yarn? You would have the colorful specks to be the color changes and it shouldn't be so busy that the pattern would get lost. Hmm...the possibilities are endless, depending on your preferences.
