Have you tried many tips and tricks but still failed to improve your sleep habits? This video explains some of the necessary conditions you need to satisfy. We will explore 2 of the 5 clock subsystems: the Circadian Rhythms and Ultradian Rhythms. We will learn about the Circadian Rhythms internal and external factors that can help you calibrate the clock and solve the problem of clock drifting. Circadian Rhythms are of such importance that The 2017 Nobel Prize in Medicine was awarded to three scientists for research in this area.
We are trying to resolve two problems:
1. At what time are we more likely to fall asleep, and how to meet the necessary conditions for falling asleep.
2. How to stay asleep longer.
Understanding and having all Circadian sub-clocks well-tuned and strong will contribute to solving these two questions, but this video primarily addresses the first question. Our other videos on Diurnal Rhythm and Homeostatic Sleep Drive will discuss more the second question of how to stay asleep longer. The part 2 video is here:

We have two previous videos to help solve the problem of falling asleep for people with various difficulties, initial states and skill levels.
The first one, • Fastest ways to fall a... titled “Fastest ways to fall asleep with 4 states transition, Part 1: Z-state systematic analysis platform” defined 4 presleep states, including 2 new states: the Calm-State and Z-State.
The second video, • Fastest ways to fall a... is based on the states defined in the first video and focuses on the Z-Loop and the sleep speedup secret, the sinking sensation. The Z-loop is one of our 5 Clock Subsystems.
