Am I the only one who sees Circle of Dust as Scandroid's antithesis? With Celldweller as, like, mediator between, or something? Radically different styles, conflicting motifs... I get the feeling that sooner or later there's going to be a massive crossover album.
@Oskiinus6 жыл бұрын
I also like to think that if some lore existed, three projects could be different personas - Cell being the main one, Scandroid the one from future and CoD being hidden corrupt evil version of both

You know what? I just realized what this is really about. It's about the political cycle that all nations go through- that is, freedom, apathy, oppression, revolution. It's about how all societies end up oppressing the masses at some point, and how we have never been able to break the cycle despite advances in philosophy and historical knowledge. 'Humanarchy' is the idea that all political structures fail due to human nature.

Humanarchy vs. Fear Campaign (Fear Factory)!!! So much similarities in the guitars and bpm in both tracks, these 2 tracks are the perfect battle for the reality thats taking place now!! So much inspiration,I love both songs and both bands!! Amazing track by Klayton!! i get so pumped up when my music is on shuffle on my phone at work and HUMANARCHY plays next!! one of the best songs to enjoy while working!! /m/

This song and the album as a whole so far sounds like the perfect natural progression of the Circle of Dust sound post-Disengage. This song radiates the pounding drums, throaty screams and crunchy guitars that cover the soundscape of the Brainchild era yet the chorus infuses the song with a Disengage synth-laden punch with clean harmonized vocals that drive the lyrics home. I really can't wait to hear the rest of the album! This is definitely making the 20 years of waiting totally worth it!

Fuck yes! I've been waiting years for a seriously heavy track like this out of you, Klayton! I remember back in the early WUAB days, you were saying how Eon had possibly the meanest sounding guitars you've ever recorded and that it was gonna sound heavy... I was expecting something, at least musically, closer to this track after reading that. Eon's a great track, don't get me wrong, but it was softer than you made it out to be, at least in my opinion. Ever since, I've been waiting for you to just GO HARD!!! and this is that track! There's a side of me that loves really heavy electronic metal or electronic hardcore music like I See Stars... metalstep or industrial metal. This album is gonna deliver on the heavy! Thank you Klayton!

This reminds me of 3 things: 1: The war with isis (the lyrics apply to it quite well) 2: The chaos in Killing Floor 2 3: The "old" celldweller with songs like "switchback", "eon" and more. Overall it's pretty damn good song Klayton, I love it. Keep up the good work.

A question from an interview (iprobablyhateyourband.com/interviews/interview-klayton-celldweller-circle-of-dust-scandroid) S: Between Celldweller, Scandroid, Circle of Dust, running FiXT, producing many of the artists signed to FiXT, scoring movies, recording KZbin videos, and managing Outland Industries (your clothing line), when do you sleep? K: I usually try to fit that in while I’m brushing my teeth, fixing my hair, or driving. I don’t recommend any of that.
