This car really does step out in some weird places, at least for me. I lose it so much on slow corners that I don’t trust it on the higher speed corners, and I’m gonna have to get over that if I want to win this event. Unlike any car I’ve driven, for sure. Thanks for the videos; they’re a great help in getting us through these events. 👍

Let me tell something to those who find goal 4 of stage 2 hard: The timer doesn’t start before crossing the finish line which is two meters after the starting position. If you reverse as the race starts, the timer will not start. So you can gain a lot of speed by starting further back.

The reason why at low speed tge car steps out is comparable to the mp4/4 at least in my experience. That is because wings and aero parts only worl from 100-120 km/h or above, lower speed wont have enough air pushing it down into the ground

If I had skill I would go off and punt magnus but fortunately for magnus I have more important things to concentrate about like the road and actually trying to beat the challenge, but one day he will be punted into the shadow realm portal of death when I have the time to do it😆 Also i have noticed that this car has some sort of DRS when it surfaces a certain low speed

Its not DRS the spoiler adapts itself to the speed of the car to make more or less dowforce just like the veyron or the agera for example

I think the Volkswagen handels so weird because it has al lot of aerodynamic grip wich gives you grip for high speeds (huge spoiler). I think this car doesn't have a lot of mechanical grip wich is for low speeds (suspension, tyre grip)

Might the handling difference come down to a significantly higher weight? Does this car have active aero that would change the grip curve from the cleaner V² + mechanical grip graph that you're more used to in the old F1s with fixed aero?

My bad meant to put that on the main thread. All the math said was basically if you double your speed, you quadruple your downforce rather than just doubling it, so in some cases with old F1s and the like you'll need to be at high speed for a corner because the mechanical grip alone is tiny, but the downforce at high speeds is huge.

You are able to take turns 2, 5, (Maybe 6 but I do not think so), Michael Schumacher S (Turns 8 and 9), RTL Kurve (10), Warsteiner Kurve (11), AD VAN Kurve (12), and Coca Cola Kurve (15) flatout. Turn 15 is very fun to take full throttle. Most of the time I managed to come out in the middle of the track. I want to try to take turns 13 and 14 flatout but I do not think it is possible concerning how fast you need to change directions. But it might be possible since this car has infinite grip(It works like the Huracan Performante just it has even more grip meaning that you can turn in more and the turning radius is more than in the Performante)

I just realized that when you hold the break and gas button at the same time when approaching a corner, you will loose your speed! I dont know why that happens?

his speed falls because of the elevation change at the chicane, not because he holds the brake and the accelerator together.

Car shouldn’t lose speed, I do it all the time. The cars did start sounding odd when doing it a few updates ago. But when I test it I get the same results either way.

This type of videos are extremely usefull for me (bcs im noob and i needed 3 attempts for that 1st race in 2nd stage😂) And when i see you pushing this car into the corner ridiculously fast i am telling to myself “there is no way that the car can handle it! Just no waay” and every time you got through that corner in speed of light with no problem at all😂😂 And i want to ask you. I know that you made playlist with challenge for SENNA GTR event earlier but i after this event the SENNA GTR will start and i really want that car but i dont think that there will be same challenges as in previous challenge, so i wanted to ask you if you mind to do videos about those stages (if they won’t be same as in your last playlist) Thanks for your guides through the important challenges! Hi there. The current Senna GTR event will be very easy. You just have to buy the upgrades they force you to buy and do the races. Will be like a Regular Road Collection or Motorsports series. I don’t do videos series for those because it’s just a whole bunch of normal Races. I can be an aggressive driver in real life, I often have to remind myself to calm down. In real life I was a delivery driver for several years, I was known as the fastest guy there! Not that I was speeding a lot, I was just really good at getting through traffic and finding creative ways to make deliveries fast.

Maybe the oversteer or stepping out you experience is a combination between the lower grip of the slow corners and the power delivery of the car. Electric cars have instant torque so they accelerate quicker and more aggressively than petrol cars. And since we don't have a progressive pedal in the game, it's either full throttle or no throttle, making it hard to control the acceleration through slow corners.

That makes a lot of sense! The car is stepping out when I’m getting back to the throttle at lower speeds. So I need to have the car a little bit straighter when I’m getting back to the throttle, get more turning in earlier.

the mazda 787b does have a rotary engine you were correct when said it which is why it sounds a lot different from other group C cars and why it sounds louder it is just the nature of rotary engines

For that one I brake right about when the red/white curb appears on your left. Start a car length or 2 early and then drive it deeper each time. You can also take that corner VERY wide to the left at the entrance. Your speed out of the last corner will effect that braking point as well.

I will give you tip. Of you know that you will fail the stage (or any race in game) as soon as you see notification that you failed (in fact you can do it anytime you want during the race) force restart your game by immediately pushing home button and restart the game (you must close the game in background so the game will stop working) and open the game again. Advantage of this is that the game will behave that you havent done any races before. So if you have managers or you just dont want to repair the car you can do this (they will be still here and car condition will be same as it was before the race) But pay attention to normal races. You must shut the game down before it shows your earnings. If you will do it after, you will end up with game showing you your earnings and you will continue in the game (so you will lose your hired agents, or you will have to repair the car but nothing worse cant happend) I use this very often bcs i drive extremely fast cars and sometimes i dont pay attention what i’m doing and pass the braking point so i end in the sand with other cars passing me. And i of course dont want to catch them and i have hired agents, so i use this metod. I hope that you understand to this coment 😂😂

Yes, it’s a good tip to use. I do that a lot when I’ve hired the agent and the manager. You re-open the game and they are still hired.

@Sam H my tip is like do a cloud save before the event you are doing then after you have failed the event then just restore then you will see your car is still serviced...i used that thing in the valkyie event and that worked PS(after you have successfully finished that race don't forget to cloud save again as if you restore then you will lose that race)
