I had to redo the races in this stage too many times from getting pitted passing P3 on the final straight on the last laps or I would lose it on the final chicane. it was super frustrating.

On stage 4.1 and 4.2 is really hard because i always overtaking at high speed/full throtle corner that make me lead to off track. Always skid on last chicane, first turn and Stavelot (One of full throtle corner that lead me to off track). So i make my IDR to 122112 because i want a speed and grip.

I’m currently on an iPhone XS max. I started this game on a Samsung Note 4, then a Samsung S7. When I switched devices I found that I could use the exact same settings and drive it the same way. That was a couple years ago, my S7 long since died. I’m probably starting my corners earlier than it looks like. That was the big shock for me in this game, one of the ways I got faster, starting turns earlier than I think I should. Of course, you can’t start too early but more often than not that was my problem.

That is a fun car when you get it up to speed. At low speeds it’s hard to handle but that’s the way it is for any of the older open wheel cars. Almost impossible to shake that thing loose when you’re at speed though. Fun car!

The Evo is still king. The Evo’s lap time around the Nurburgring was quite a lot faster than the Volkswagen in real life. However, the Volkswagen still has the second fastest time ever there.

Ran into a bug or glitch in stage 4.1 my off-road counter stopped at 1.2 seconds, but didn't get it that time. After it was fine next race. I felt hard to do those full throttle sections because i still wasn't turning hard enough, running at tilt sensitivity 10 in cockpit view and also this car don't have rear mirror which makes it impossible to guage rare car consistently . I also took screenshot is it possible to post here i couldn't find how.

you can exceed top speed in kemmel with the merc f1 car, in the belgian tuning to complete the grand prix (6556) the listed speed was 326 and i hit 330

It’s fine to upgrade, just do as little as possible to pass stages. So in stage 4 when it says podium, ONLY finish 3rd. Also try finish with as small leads as possible.

4.2 can be done easily with only 1 engine (100000) average speed wasn't a problem, and just race normally and p3 will definitely be in your sight for an easy overtake and 4.3 with 111000 it was pretty challenging but no problem

No, you did a great job. Buying a McLaren P1 is the best decision ever in Vertex Spirit. Just leave the Renault RS 01 and the Lamborghini Veneno alone, these two cars are totally useless and expensive to upgrade. Never and ever consider dumping your golds and R$ into them unless you're aiming for 100% completion for Vertex Spirit. Anyway, I strongly recommend you to fully upgrade your McLaren P1 if you have enough gold and R$. This car is so good which helps you a lot in McLaren Generations. You can reach about 70% completion with a fully upgraded P1. If you wish to hit 75%, you may consider obtaining the P1 GTR or the 720s Coupe by participating in its LTS in the event archive.

The Veneno is one of the most disappointing cars I ever drove. Don’t get me wrong, it’s cool and all that, but it’s just not that good. What makes it a lot worse is that it’s one of the most expensive cars to fully upgrade in the game. For that price I expected this performance to be out of this world but it’s just not. The car feels heavy and sluggish in the corners. It’s posted top speed is just over 400 but you’ll never see it. There are many other cars that are faster than this one and more enjoyable to drive for a fraction of the price.

@@ME7_RR3 I totally agree with you. Even the LaFerrari also has the same problem as the Veneno, extremely costly to fully upgrade, and not really enjoyable to drive in my opinion. The only reason that the LaFerrari is comparatively better is it featured in more series than the Veneno, which may be an incentive to own it.

Just to let you know ME7, I can go full throttle at Pouhon with even a 2020 Alfa Romeo and with a base Alfa Romeo, I can do 318 knph down Pouhon without drafting. I can send you a video of some other car if you want because, my Alfa Romeo C39 is now upgraded.

Hi there, I believe you. There are several cars that can take Pouhon flat out. A few cars can take Both Pouhon and the corner before it flat out. But only this one can go from Bruxelles all the way to the chicane flat out. I still can’t believe it was possible and I did it several times 😃

Stage 1 unlocked at 0:00 UTC. Every subsequent stage unlocks at midnight local time. The start date is different in the western hemisphere versus the eastern hemisphere. So the event could start at 11:30 AM in Melbourne Australia but that’s actually 9:30 PM (21:30) in New York, the day before. If a person in New York starts and finishes stage 1 before midnight, then stage 2 will unlock just an hour and a half after stage 1 opened.

I’ve had that happen a bit. I thought my screen was dying! I rotated my phone 180° and it helped. However since then I went back to the way I used to play and it’s been perfectly fine. I don’t really know what the deal was! I reinstalled the game but then the problem kept happening after that. Maybe just do a hard restart on your device, Google that for yours. I did that a few times and maybe that’s what helped. A hard restart sometimes clears out some of the junk on our devices.

Yes, but that generally only works if you are at or above Recommended PR. You could certainly try it to see if it works though. You’ll definitely need more upgrades at some point so it’s not a bad idea to start putting some of them on now. Like all tier 1 upgrades. Just don’t pass stages by much more than you have to.

You exceed the speed because you where going down hill. Watch radilion and you'll see you can't reach the top speed. That means the game is realistic and developers are correct.
