I just found out Circuit Cubes was a thing, and I gotta say I'm stunned by how cute the models are, with all those seemingly unmatching, vibrant colors. They're just adorable with that ! LEGO will usually keep the colors subdued and uniform in their Technic models. Also worth noting how much studded Technic CC use in their models, definitely a welcome change, since LEGO these days go 100% studless.

@jackradzelovage69613 жыл бұрын
the biggest thing thats annoyed me about lego is that they keep putting out great systems that are phone based. i get the line of thinking in this age, but i too would really like nothing more than a dinky hobby system inside lego casings. even if it uses the old crystals, you could easily make a very basic 4 channel proportional setup where each port is pwm so it can run a servo or esc with the same signal, a remote where each control is a separate unit that plugs into the main transmitter to build customized remotes, and have the whole deal come out to about 100 bucks (not including lego tax lol)

Do they have, or will they bring out a servo motor for steering? Control via Bluetooth without a physical remote is not the best way to do this! Is the App compatible to a Play Station Controler? But I really like the possibility to just put the unit into powering the motors without any need for a remote. Lots of possibilities for static models! For example something similar to the Lego roller coaster. Smaller and better than Legos PF and Control+ anyway! Muffin is getting a bit white-haired, is he ok?

@sorenmortimer42463 жыл бұрын
This might be a good system for making the special technical vehicles (Bugatti Chiron, Porsche 911 and such) motorized. Super compact and seeing by torque would be good. Maybe two or three chained correctly could probably get some good speed. With the Bluetooth range you might be able to open the controller up and solder a longer antenna onto the Bluetooth receiver (should be labeled on the circuit board). All in all this seems like a good system for motorizing many technic sets without sacrificing internals.
