9mg.. I remember years ago when I was involved with a narcissist.. I was always left confused and questioned myself all the time!.. The conversations seemed pointless!

I don't want to be triggered to react, I want my power to respond as an adult. But it's difficult with these people.

That's why radical acceptance is what it takes. And to get there, it takes studying up on these characters until you really understand that their behavior has nothing to do with you and all to do with them. My suggestion is to give that energy to you...not them for a change...meaning keep working on self. It takes time dedication, and self compassion. but you'll get there. And when you do..the world will be yours....

I told my mother when I ask you to stop talking (in the car I am driving) and she continues I told it's abuse. To which she said, your abusive! Then it immediately felt like kindergarten, "I am rubber your glue" elementary school game.

Have you considered self hypnosis? There are lots of free videos out there and when used a couple times a day for approx 3 weeks, it reprograms the mind, hence your responses naturally change. I think I even have one or two on my page
