Hi ninjas just wanna confirm the anterior and posterior circumfkex humeral artery are they branches of the axillary or brachial artery?

the question is how to send blood from the artery to the vein with a needle then the needle never has to refill because the artery pushes more blood then a vein and the blood in the needle will always stay at one point meaning the plunger never goes fully down I believe if they put a heater to de oxidize the blood from the artery to the vein then put the blood in a temperature adjuster they could send blood from an artery to a vein the purpose would be to temperature control blood which would save millions of people lives
