One of the earliest surviving Christian texts from the Islamic period in Syria, dated by scholars to around 640 CE, describes the rise of Islam in this way: They take the wife away from her husband and slay him like a sheep. They throw the babe from her mother and drive her into slavery; the child calls out from the ground and the mother hears, yet what is she to do? ... They separate the children from the mother like the soul from within the body, and she watches as they divide her loved ones from off her lap, two of them go to two masters, herself to another ... Her children cry out in lament, their eyes hot with tears. She turns to her loved ones, milk pouring forth from her breast: "Go in peace, my darlings, and may God accompany you." - Seeing Islam As Others Saw It: A Survey and Evaluation of Christian, Jewish and Zoroastrian Writings on Early Islam, Robert G. In praise of Umar he does seem to be the person who finally prohibited Nika Mutah for the Sunni. @ 12.50 It's weird, that Islam (maybe other religions too) seem to put poor people in heaven and rich people in hell. This seems to be a way to placate those in poverty and indirectly prevent them from ever escaping poverty and bettering their lives. It's counterproductive. "Hey are you poor with nothing to eat? Don't worry, you will be rich in the next life"..... it seems to be a way to neglect improving their lives and an excuse for god to do nothing for them. They must be thinking "yeah life is tough now, but it means we get to heaven later" After all, who wants to be rich if you don't get into heaven? This keeps people mired in poverty and satisfied in their lack of progress.

This always disturbs me why is Allah so much insecure of his position as Almighty ; that he considers any other worhsip apart from him suitable for an Eternal Hell..This God sounds Egoist ; Jealous ; Insecure to me...but as per One Suprme God of Vedas ; God says who worhship other Gods also worship him in Worng way and God says he is one who makes their Faith steady because as per Vedic Religon God is very open hearted and Free of all forms of hate and Envy and jealousy.. ..this makes more sense to me ...And God of Vedas is more interested in Relationship than Sectarian Religon..he is more interested in our Purity than our Rituals.. The Western monotheistic traditions frequently depict God to be jealous; he forbids the worship of any other gods and even approves the destruction of their places of worship. In contrast, the Bhagavad-gita reveals a God who is not jealous but is zealous. Krishna as God is concerned not about guarding his position as the exclusive object of worship, but about facilitating the spiritual evolution of everyone. Knowing that some spiritually under-evolved people won’t be ready to worship him, he arranges for them to worship other gods - a worship that can serve as a starting spur for the spiritual journey of those souls. Krishna as God is concerned not about guarding his position as the exclusive object of worship, but about facilitating the spiritual evolution of everyone. Souls in their spiritual kindergarten, by acknowledging the need to worship some being greater than themselves, begin the process for kindling the mood of devotion towards the Supreme. Krishna assists them by strengthening their faith in the demigods (07.21) and by empowering the demigods to bless according to that faith (07.22). Nowhere in the Gita does Krishna endorse violent intolerance towards other gods - a defining feature of the jealous God. No doubt, Krishna unambiguously describes his supreme position as the source of all the gods (10.02). And he also unequivocally urges everyone to give up all other forms of worship and surrender to him alone (18.66). Does this call demonstrate his jealousness? No, it too demonstrates his zealousness, albeit in a different, more direct way. This call expresses Krishna’s compassionate desire that souls who are ready to worship him return to him as quickly as possible by taking the best path for their spiritual growth: the path of pure devotional service to him. Thus, both in arranging for the worship of other gods and in endorsing his exclusive worship, Krishna demonstrates the same zealousness for others’ elevation - a zealousness customized according to their level of receptivity. Watch 10 major Lies of Zakir Naik about Hindusim debunked kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJqXYZaml9iJhpI Note :: This is not a Sadhguru answer ; this is different edited Video.. Article written by ( Pakistani Writer based in U.K ) Khalid Umar FOR MY MUSLIM FRIENDS - AN INVITATION FOR INTELLECTUAL ENQUIRY QURAN VS BHAGVAT-GITA When it comes to religious matters, there are always debates and discussions as to which is the perfect religion that guides towards salvation and teaches one to be a perfect human being. Presenting facts about religion is a tough task as most of them try to hide the shortcomings of one's religion. But what is not to be forgotten is truth cannot be hidden and by some means it will prove its existence. There are much arguments about Quran and Bhagavad Gita, considering there complete contradictory nature. Muslims have always argued that the Quran is the only path to see God, while Hindus believe that attaining salvation (moksha) is equivalent to seeing God which can be achieved by developing good deeds. HOLY QURAN 1. Quran says: Islam is the only true religion. The God gets upset when one “sets up partners in worship with Him” (Quran, 4:116). 2. Only those who believe in Quran can go to heaven. And there is no place than hell for Kafirs (non-believers). Allah punishes people those who worship other Gods which is described in the words….“Lâ ilâha illa Huwa” (No one should be worshiped other than Allah) (Quran, 6:102). 3. Quran describes Muslims are the only rightful people and raised for mankind (Quran, 3:110). Heaven is the ultimate goal of life and every man should try to get it in their life. 4. Quran says followers needs to fear him and if followed, he will grant reward (Quran 65.5). It also describes that every Muslim should perform 5 times prayer, go to Haj, if not, ready to face fire in hell. The book also says, “Unless I proclaim what I receive from Allah and His Messages: for any that disobey Allah and His Messenger,- for them is Hell: they shall dwell therein for ever.” (Quran 72.23) 5. Quran says, that Muslims must obey Allah and his guidance and anyone who intends to follow other religion will never be accepted (Quran 3.85). NOW LETS US LOOK AT WHAT BHAGAVAT GITA SAYS… 1. Bhagavad Gita doesn’t believe in self centered attitude. The Lord says, I am in everyone’s heart as a soul. “As soon as one desires to worship some demigod, I make his faith steady so that he can devote himself to that particular deity.” (Bhagavad-Gita, 7:21). 2. Gita mentions that there is only one God, but people see him in different forms (Bhagavad-Gita, 7:22). 3. The Gita says “He is a perfect yogi who, by comparison to his own self, sees the true equality of all beings, in both their happiness and their distress, O Arjuna!” (Bhagavad-Gita, 6:32). It says Karma will decide ones fate and religion, heaven and hell has no meaning in Gita. 4. Krishna says, do not fear me, do your duties and your work will protect you ever (Bhagavad Gita 18.66). 5. Krishna says, I envy no one, nor am I partial to anyone. I am equal to all. But whoever renders service unto Me in devotion is a friend, is in Me, and I am also a friend to him.(Bhagavad Gita 9.29). 6. Gita allows free thinking, All activities should be performed without attachment or expectations and as performed as duty from whole heart, That is My opinion, says Krishna (Bhagavad Gita 18.6). By saying That is my opinion, he allows free thinking and allows people to decide what is right or wrong. postcard dot news (( Note :: Bhagvad Gita also talks about Monotheistic concept of God )) Watch :: kzbin.info/www/bejne/naG8pZ5onqh8idk Hindu response to Islam kzbin.info/www/bejne/poTdZ2eofsdpqac

Speaking of idolatry of Muhammad have you guys looked at the duroods and especially durood e taaj and then look at some of the naat songs. And they are like praying hoping that Muhammad will intercede for them like the virgin Mary in Roman Catholicism. They criticise Roman Catholicism and talk about it as if it is making Mary into a goddess, but then they praise Muhammad hoping for the same kind of intercession, and they don't see this as making Muhammad into a little god.

Someone asked "what is Nika Mutah?" and their question seems to have disappeared. Nika Mutah is temporary marriage for a few hours or days and then providing that the agreed amount is paid, it is not considered sinful or adulterous. It was allowed by Muhammad first, and then later apparently Allah changed his mind and it was prohibited, and the Sunni want to leave the subject there but there are things that suggest that Muhammad allowed it again, and it was actually Umar who finally banned it for Sunni Islam. But he was not recognised by the Shi'a so they still allow it. Even in sunni communities though they have Nika Halala which involves a form of temporary marriage. If a man gets angry with his wife and says I divorce you three times he is officially divorced. When he has divorced his wife in this way, he is officially not allowed to take her back until she has been married to someone else and the marriage has been consumated. So men sometimes offer their services to 'help' a couple with this difficulty. Fortunately, I don't think so many are this religious and if no one else knows about it, a husband is not going to expect his wife to go through this process before continuing in the normal way. But it is not something that the Sunni really want to talk about very much and so is probably underreported.

Muhammad supposedly died at age 63. Back then (1,400 years ago in that region) life expectancy was probably 30, at most. Not to mention his lifestyle. It was like someone today living to 150. Perhaps Gondal can explore this issue a little on his show.

Yeah no, factoring in child mortality skews the average. Once a child lives beyond the age of five their life expectancy is comparable to our modern day (of course maybe a decade less), many cultures would hold off naming babies until a certain age due to this.

Each to there own and I’m not here to attack anyone or be petty. I just wanted to make a request to you guys from a completely logical perspective. Correct me if I’m wrong but none of you on this channel seem like you’re qualified or educated at even the basic level to provide explanations on the Quran or Hadiths. The guy who speaks Arabic is no different to a Arabic speaking Christian trying to provide an insight in to Islam. 😄 Its quite deceptive to use this guy on your channel to make him look like some sort of Islamic scholar simply because of his understanding of the Arabic language 😅. Maybe all Arabic speaking Christians are now experts in Islamic theology 😅 Anyway back to my original request. Seeing as you’re trying to “educate” your viewers, and because throughout your video you keep repeating the statement “what does that mean, haha” or “haha, c’mon what does that even mean”. This implies you don’t understand some of the things your reading right? So from a purely logical perspective I think you guys need to visit an online Open Muslim forum to see if your views and statements hold any weight. Therefore I invite you to raise your points on the EFDawah open forum live stream which takes place weekly. Or on Hamzah’s Den. You seem like you’re genuine to your audience so wouldn’t it be great for you if you raised your points on a massive open live stream such as the one mentioned? Wouldn’t that further your goal if you were able to embarrass Muslims with some of the stuff you’ve claimed here? Until then all I see here is a group of like minded individuals having a AAA meeting amongst themselves to make themselves feel relevant. Hope to see you on EFDawah live or Hamzah’s Den live stream very soon 😄
