Prof. your reasoning and argument makes sense to the extent an ideal situation but in Kenya, interests and wealth amassing is the driving force. The integrity victims are undeterred and impunity drives their resolve. Look at the billions and millions they declared vizaviz the last declared figures, hapo ndio utaelewa, Kenya hiko na wenyewe sir. Massive resources in plenty but few gullible individuals are there trying to see how they can benefit from them. What will stop the CS mining from entering a deal with investors to amass more to their family's advantage? It has happened before during Moi era and all other presidents. Ruto's is not any different!!
