Ciro 3D Cup Holder Replacement Clamp

Ciro 3d Cup Holder Replacement 1 1/4 handlebar clamp. My Ciro 3D handlebar clamp broke. I spoke with Ciro 3D customer service and they honored the warranty and replaced the broken clamp. Got to say great customer service from Ciro 3D. Thanks Darren.
Just minor issue with the cup holder. When you have your 20 oz tumbler full with your favorite drink, I encountered that the cup holder will fall slightly when you hit a bump in the road way. I am assuming that is to prevent the stress on the cup holder fastening system. No real problem unless you have the opening on your drink lid facing you. I still recommend and use the cup holder.

Just curious how your replacement clamp is holding up. I had a warranty replacement also but that one only made it about 2 or 3 months and I know I'm not hulk cranking the bolt in the plastic clamp.
