I've been to this. Man, when that fan starts blowing it's an incredible assault on the senses. If you see one Cique du Soleil show, make sure it's Alegria...

the clown symbolizes a humble man. The cloak symbolized a loved one dear to his heart... one he could trust to be there for him. But in his travels.. he didn't have that loved one close by. The letter represents promises. When the loved one gave him the letter it was its promise to be there for him... but it wasn't. A Broken promise; a shredded letter. As any man.. he had to face his 'Tempête'... alone. Because the only person to always be there with you... is yourself.
