Is it just me or are soft-spoken responses frustrating? I think it would be for many examiners because you are left wondering whether or not if the student was sure of their own response.

Yeah but if they are correct what does it hurt if someone is just generally soft spoken?

Looks like a dog is not a passenger because it is not a person. Still, unless the pet was caged could present some risk of distraction.

yeah i did a buncha research and it seems like dogs arent viewed as occupants or i guess the FAA never really defines occupant that well.
