Why its showing in monitoring mode

Can't find anything on the licensing piece related to full Catalyst 9300 Meraki Mode. What is the SKU, or what license is required for what features? Everything in the Meraki documentation references the monitoring component only.

What about the Catalyst 9200 ? And do I have to buy an Meraki license or DNA licenese to manage (not monitoring) it im Meraki Dashboard ?

So given that the MS390 is a Cat 9300 under the hood running Meraki code, how is this different to a Cat 9300 running in Meraki mode? Is a MS390 technically different to a Cat 9300 converted to Meraki management in any way? Or are they the same thing?
