The only reason it’s confusing is because of season 1. In that season Thawne was using the regular Speed Force. That’s why he needed Barry. If he was erased how did could he create the negative speed force in the first place. I guess he must’ve made it in season 4, but it just wasn’t shown. Because of the negative speed force, I understand how he came back in season 5, 6, 7, and 8. But the question is, how did he come back in season 4?
