Hello. I bought the same CISS for my XP 15,000 a few days ago. I’m having a hard time trying to level the CISS so my ink can flow through. Any suggestions?

hello friend, normally the ciss tank should be a little higher about 1-2cm to the printhead position. May I ask where did you order?

@@DTFRIP OK thank you. I ordered my CISS from Aliexpress. The QR code that came with it sent me to your video. So I’m assuming it’s from you guys. My Ciss also doesn’t have the white filters coming out at the top. It’s only gold screw caps.

@@jpizzlep6842 yes it comes from us. The golden metal part is air filter which same function with the white filter. it's new update

@@DTFRIP oh ok. I think it’ll good CISS. I just can’t get some of the ink to flow because of not leveling it properly . Thank you for your response

@@DTFRIP do you have a full video of troubleshooting leveling that CISS. I have the same printer as well.
