1. Chital fish : 1 kg
2. Onion paste : 2 tbsp
3. Green chilli paste : 2 tsp
4. Ginger paste : 1 tsp
5. Garlic paste : 1 tsp
6. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1 tsp
7. Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
8. Salt : according to taste
9. Egg : 2 nos( for 1 kg fish)
Mix them well. Take oil on palm, make small balls(muithya). Take one kadai, boil water in it, with low flame dip all balls, let them boil till the all balls starts floating. Separate them from water and keep aside for 10 minutes. Take one kadai and add:
10. Mustard oil : 3 tbsp
Fry the balls batch by batch, medium flame, for 2 minutes. Fry some potato. Remove potato and add:
11. Cumin seed : 1/2 tsp
12. Bay leaves : 2 nos
13. Red chilli : 2 nos
Fry them for 40 secs, and add:
14. Onion paste : 2 medium sized
15. garlic paste : 1tsp
16. Green chilli paste : 1 tsp
17. Giner paste : 1 tsp
Cook them for 3 minutes with low flame, now add:
18. Tomato paste : 2 small size
19. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1 tsp
20. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
21. Salt : according to taste
Cook it with low flame to increase the taste. Add some hot water, cook for 2 minutes, add the potato and cover and cook for another two minutes. Add the fish balls, mix well, add hot water, add 4 green chillis, cover and boil it for 7 to 8 minutes. Add at last:
22. Sugar : little bit
23. Ghee : 1/2 tsp
24. Sahi garam masala : 1/4 tsp
