Okay I'm watching this waaaay late so this is probably irrelevant now and I'm sure you've learned a lot since making this series. But it's been really bugging me as I've been binging through the playlist. I absolutely love the series and you're a master builder, but dammit man you need MORE SHOPS!! (and all other amenities) You have such a crazy tiny amount of commercial zoning throughout your entire city, and almost 100% of it is in specific retail areas between different suburbs (or near stations etc). You have some massive department stores, but (correct me if I'm wrong) you have absolutely ZERO small local shops in your entire city, which seems insane to me. There's almost nothing that people can walk to; all shops are driving distance away, clustered together around a car park. Since you clearly try to build in a realistic way, I just want to point out that real cities have shops EVERYWHERE. Any collector road running through any suburb or built up area should be zoned for commercial usage, and it wouldn't be unrealistic to have elementary schools and clinics and churches every couple of blocks. For instance, in this video you made an entire neighbourhood that's sandwiched between 2 highways with hardly any connectivity with the rest of the city, and you didn't give them a single shop, school, clinic or other amenity of any kind. Poor people! :( Is this something that you look at more in future videos/series? This is the first of your series I've watched. Love your work as a whole, thanks for the great content :D

I don’t sit 10 hours straight, no. Lol, that’d be madness. The time represents the total spent spread across all the days it takes to record the content. As for loading times, takes about 15mins from launching the game to being about to start placing anything down in-game.

Like a town that is know for being "the town" lol. It just that little town is perfect. Too perfect. I think we need a little more like a twist. 😊
