2 things for logic and looks: 1. No trees would ever be located on the inside of a Barrie on a race track (it's dangerous in case of someone crashing) 2. Invisible highways: draw a race line for the f1 cars to use on the track. You can make as many racing lines as you want and itll look just like if the cars were overtaking eachother and the race line would look a lot more realistic (as opposed to following the center of the track and never having any cars overtake

I am not an expert in any means but if it were a real track especially for F1 use trees standing next to the track without any barriers or other protection would be an absolute no go. The same goes for tall grass or bushes. Maybe I just didn't see it right (can only watch in 480p die to shitty internet) but if you want it proper and realistic looking the trees, bushes and Grass have to be removed. Also the complete track has to be secured by safety barriers and not just the corners. Gaps in the barriers have to at least be overlapping each other in a way that a car could not sscape the surface when out of control. A race track is most of the time surrounded by service roads used by marshalls and tow trucks so they don't have to be on track. Just some perfectionist thoughts. The track itself looks really good and could create great racing. You also did a really nice job on the pitlane and paddock 👍

One thing to make the track even more realistic is to add solutions which are extra turns. This way the track can be transformed into a long fast racetrack with lots of chicanes and tight corners, into a smooth, 'curved' racetrack. Check out the French racetrack Paul Ricards different solutions. Also called layouts.

For someone that doesn't know much about race tracks, you made a very good Hermann Tilke F1 look alike design. The only thing that is not very realistic in the pit lane entrance but there are worst in real life still in use. Oh and needs more stands. Great job.

Hey man, this is one of the best race track builds ive ever seen in C:S! Also the surrounding area just looks absolutely stunning. I have one critique on the race track though. Wouldn't it be nice if there were some more stands or fields for spectators to watch the races? I suppose the race track isn't only for F1 testing, but also for races from other classes as is the case with all race tracks in real life. Seeing as your series is highly realistic, I think it would be a great idea to add some spectator facilities! :)

Really awesome track! Like seriously even though you know almost nothing about race tracks it's really spot on! I would love to race there. In sim or real life! One thing I would like to see added to it though. The track it's self doesn't really have anywhere for the stewards to sit along the track, or a maintenance road that runs along the outside of the track. They put that there for well, maintenance and to get to a driver off the track quickly in case of an accident. Also if it's a wealthy area more than likely there would be stands all around the track at the best fighting and overtaking spots. Other than that it's so gorgeous and the apartment area is amazing! You really captured my imagination with this one :)

When you said testing and formula one i had a thought about the trck, seeing the layout at 1.50 i knew it inmediately! Its based on Spain, catalunya. Pre season of f1 is held there and also races. Next year it will fall of the calender due to the dutch gp comes instead of it and they justndidnt had a contract anymore.

Sanctum Gamer, great episode. I have to say, one of the best F1 track builds I have seen so far. My only gripe(I appreciate the disclaimer you saying you know nothing about racetracks) is that on no racetracks would you have trees on the track itself. Those are serious safety hazards, especially when it comes to mechanical failures in cars, imagine them having an issue and going straight into a tree. They can e placed outside the boundaries and walls of the tracks though. Otherwise, love the episode, you have gotten yourself a new subscriber. Now I have to go back and watch from episode 1, sigh, lol. Wish me luck

2 things (not really /true/ critiques, just funny things I realized as a fan of motorsport) -This would never pass a FIA Grade One inspection, too much gravel not enough pavement! -Those neighborhoods would have that track close down in the matter of 5 months, they'd move in fully aware of the racetrack then complain about the noise! Haha, but in all seriousness, masterful work. I really love seeing people's concepts of what a racetrack would look like in the game and it seems everyone has their own little twist on it.

Hi I'm late for the party, but if possible that if you're building a mall near an high profile places like a Formula One track, it's necessary to leave some greens at behind a technical corner. Do consider a sustainable build where it doesn't effect the environment. And on more point, please make at least 2 more alternative roads on place in the 12:53 minute mark. That's a very high congestion traffic area 🤣 But overall I love the concept you bring here and it would be a good place to called it a home. You might have a new Littletown resident if you fixed that road in the future 🤣 🤣 And yes, you just got a new subscriber here 😊

This is just my imagination forming and going crazy based on what I see on TV." and proceeds to make one of the best tracks i've seen, coming from an f1 fan. suggestions for improvement though; 1) at 4:20 (noice), I wouldn't place that wall so close to the track, especially since it's a straight and people are gonna be driving there at massive speeds. a simple miscalculation or even a mild contact with another car could result in death. 2) 5:21 same suggestion as 1, for the same reason. although here you could make use of the tire barriers to make it safer if you don't wanna move the wall. (also is that part inspired from canada? it looks similar). That's pretty much it you've nailed the rest

Well, it happens quite a bit, especially on tracks built on what were the outskirts of a city when it was built. Like the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City, when it was built in 1959 it was on the outskirts of the city, but since then, it has been engulfed by the city and many people actually live near the track; the houses are pretty nice and relatively cheap by Mexico City standards because of the obvious noise problems, similar to living near an airport, but not nearly as bad.
