In the 19th century, a causeway to the the mainland brought the railroad to Venice.

Either real early before it fully wakes up or after all the "cruise' people are long gone. Venice is amazing during off hours or just a walk off the beaten path. We tried to get lost everyday we set5 out but obviously you can only get so lost in Venice. 11 days in an apartment in May 2023 which is the trip we had planned before covid shut things down. By far the most amazing place we've ever been. Great video, it was a nice ride! Thanks
