The US has political and economic problems as well, shielded by its position on the global stage. US Citizen's also don't recieve gov't transparency w/ many suffering from the illustrious illusion of the "American DREAM". I would recommend the implementation of policy reforms that stave-off things American's know as NEPOTISM. While this policy can be beneficial, it isn't always enforced (problematic). There are other ways to increase gov't accountability, the people just have to decide collectively, accountability is what they want. All the best...

Bernard you made my day. As a society we have lost it. In our part of the world truth is meaningless and you get punished for being truthful. Nothing in Ghana is based on research, everything is about judgement driven by politics. Elsewhere economies and societies are built on reality, honesty, findings, research, etc. only in Ghana do you hear about digital economy. It’s no theory, that’s why no country has digital except. Leaders are finding new ways of lying to the people and it’s shocking that media house and the people are falling for the lies. I rest my case.
