I love this movie, and this Song goes well with this part, it's a horrible feeling to loose a love one, u always pray that they remain unharmed and that the lord takes u before them... but then that's inconsiderate to the other who will surely suffer over your loss.. eternal life isn't the answer either. SAD movie, and COOL song..

how anyone could hate this is beyond me i just heard the version without santana nd even though it was still good,i could here this version till my computer told me to take a break the way he puts so much emotion into the guitar when he plays makes this song that much more deep nd emotional no matter who u are, everyone has experienced wat he talks about at some point in ur life thats also why its so great nd santana can do his random solos anytime cause he's fuckin santana he's god 8)

yeah, and i feel like he tried to get to involved in it, this kind of song doesnt need a solo guitar throughout the whole thing, maybe just through the chorus, it should be kinda subdued into the background, and the last part at the chorus where most everything drops out in the original should stay quiet, but thats just my opinion, Santana still rocks.

Ah, well that changes things. In that case your are a really cool girl with great taste in music. Sadly your boyfriend doesn't share your love for great music...dump him :) Also, I can agree that I like the version without Santana better. Something went wrong with his tone setting because this doesn't sound like his usual smooth and mellow style. Too much "bite" for such a chill song.

kinda have to agree with alrod... santana ruined this song. and his licks ARE boring and never change... we've all heard it a million times by now... santana should just take his legacy and quit modern day music. once a great artist kinda just has to fade into the dust
