Finally, someone (you) demonstrates how to set the GMT hand. Thank you! Today I have watched (at least) six other videos on this watch and none of the youtubers showed how to set it. What is the matter with these guys?

Thank you for posting this video. I was in the market for a diver style watch and have been looking at Citizen, Seiko, Orient, and others. I am vacationing in Orlando and stopped at the Tag Heuer and Citizen stores. I ended up buying this watch today (6/30/22). It’s not exactly what I wanted but they are having a sale it it cost me $200 with tax. The video does not do the watch justice! It is an amazing looking watch! The only downside is that it is on the heavy side. With that being said, no one would ever be able to find a watch with these features for $200! The equivalent Tag was $1,400. Lastly, for those of you who mentioned you do not like Citizen watches, I recommend visiting one of their stores. This is my first Citizen watch and I could not be happier. You could be missing out on an incredible watch for an awesome price!

I have the orange one; it’s the watch I reach for every time i’m on the boat. Rivers, lakes, beaches, etc. It’s just bulletproof and Eco-Drive is my first ever amazement from watches. If you’ve got a thick wrist (i’m just over 8”) or like big cases, this watch rules.

I love this watch. My wrist is about the same size as Falling Titan's and I was worried this would be to much, but it's big in a way that doesn't look ill-fitting. It's a really striking piece (although Falling's camerawork always adds about 5% of beauty to whatever he's filming) and I'd recommend it to anyone who loves Citizen's big, primary Transformers aesthetic.

There is an other Citizen GMT diver, in full Titanium, with sapphire glass, + a date magnifier, which comes in handy because date wheels are sunk deep into the dial on these Eco Drive watches.

I've always found Citizen watches to be functional from my experience years ago and from this review it looks like that continues. I also found on some eco drive models that the date looks deep set but hey it still works just not at a glance. So far (and I hope I don't put a curse on my old eco drive watches) after knocking on 6 to 8 years I still have all my Citizen pieces running as accurately as I remember when I first received them. Oh and I don't (yet) have a Citizen diver so who knows. This one is a tad busy and slightly on the larger size but I'm happy to take a look at one and try it if I see one. Great review and photography FT. The lume shot certainly shows a different look on the minute hand compared to the hour.

@@EscapementWatch FT I think it would be great to review more Citizen watches, Although I've not purchased a new model by them in 6 years or so, I did buy a few and they all still just work (so far). My criticisms from those years would have been the second hand not quite aligning as well as say a Casio analogue (I've yet to see a Casio out of alignment) and the straps (stiff) and bracelets (all stamped) of the time. Looking at you review the bracelets have improved no end. On the plus side my quartz chronograph still have a sweep second hand without the second by second knock of many quartz.

This video popped up in my feed randomly tonight. Bought one yesterday. It was still $525 shortly before 11pm and dropped to $393.75 on Citizens page and $320 on their Amazon page shortly after 11pm. I was going to pull the trigger at full MSRP, would have been so pissed. Can you fit a NATO strap on it?

Enjoyed the video! I have the Citizen Promaster Land JDM version with the compass bezel and love it (same GMT movement as the one on this video). I would love this watch as much as mine if this one didn't have the ultra-wide indices, which I don't particularly like because it makes the hand tips harder to see and read. Honestly, if they made a Promaster GMT with tritium tubes I would buy one tomorrow! The one thing I envy on this watch is the clasp with the diver's extension, which my watch doesn't have because it's the Land version. I hope I can find a replacement clasp with the diver's extension for a reasonable price because if so I will change mine out in a heartbeat.

Nice watch but I think they could have dint a much better job with the dial. The dusk of the Seiko GMT which is similar to the Rolex GMT has better design.

The appearance of the watch is a bit polarizing. I find the styling to be way overpowering. I have no doubt that it’s an excellent product and worth every dollar, but the moment I saw it I was completely turned off. I love the concept though.
