I know you explain why you decided to compare the automatic PRX, but I think the fairer comparison is the quartz PRX vs. the Tsuyosa, Specially because I think the quartz PRX is in my opinion the better PRX providing amazing value. It is thinner, lighter, finished just as nicely, keeps better time, and is more in keeping with the 1970s spirit of these watches. I looked at both and I opted for the PRX with the mother of pearl dial, largely because it was available in 35mm. They both wear large for their case size and I liked the smaller PRX option more. One element about the PRX that's worth considering is the standard bracelet, even though it is nice the lack of quick micro adjustment should be mentioned, but also the wonderful quick release mechanism deserves a mention too.

You forgot about the wearing of them. The tsuyosa wears much better as the clasp allow microadjustments, a butterfly hidden clasp not. Plus the way tissot bracelet fixed first link compromete the wear on smaller wrists and the tsuyosa adjust them nicely.
